Karlie Kloss was recently spotted in Beverly Hills showing off her perfectly radiant skin and gleaming cheekbones. Her bronzy nude makeup palette kept her beauty look relaxed and her messy updo completed her California-cool look. Kloss’ casual updo was the standout for us and her stylist Giannandrea for The Wall Group breaks down how to get the modern look, which is a great New Year’s Eve style to try next week. The best part is, it’s surprisingly easy to recreate — just three steps.
- Start with wet hair and apply Macadamia Professional Foaming Volumizer ($25). “I blow dried the hair with a large brush to create volume on top,” notes Giannandrea.
- “Next, I used a 1-inch curling iron and curled the hair in soft waves.” Add a quarter-sized amount of Macadamia Professional Whipped Detailing Cream ($26) to create a piecey effect.
- “Using small pins, I twisted the hair and set it into place, pinning it back. I braided the back into a low bun and also twisted it into the rest of the hair, creating a romantic shape. I allowed the flyaways to remain, creating a soft and ethereal look.” Finish the look with hairspray, as needed.
