Gucci Westman Is Parting Ways With Revlon

On April 15, makeup artist veteran Gucci Westman will be leaving her role as global artistic director at Revlon after seven years with the brand. Westman— who is married to David Neville of Rag & Bone and counts some of Hollywood’s elite stars among her clients— has helped refine the popular drugstore brand’s range during her tenure. She used Revlon products backstage at high-profile fashion week shows. Westman tells WWD, “It’s been an incredible seven years, and I loved the variety of experiences. This was a great chapter in my career, and I’m excited for all that’s ahead.”

Martine Williamson, senior vice president of  global marketing, tells WWD, “Over the seven years that the multitalented Gucci Westman served as global artistic director for Revlon, she helped elevate the brand within the world of fashion and inspired us to push the envelope in the color collection category. Gucci has left a lasting impression on our brand that will not be soon forgotten. We wish her all the best going forward in her exciting and colorful career.”

The maquillage master brought serious fashion cred to the brand and so far, there are no reports of her replacement or what the the future holds for career, but we’re willing to be that we’ll seeing more of her very soon.
