All hail the technology gods. In case you missed Chanel’s epic Austrian homage earlier this week for its Métiers d’Art 2014/15 collection, the brand released this little video on Twitter this morning, complete with a haunting Euro-techie soundtrack bouncing off the Rococo walls and marbled floors. We guarantee it will be the best 19-plus minutes of your day.
Press play and you’ll be able to peep everything from the gilded 18th century castle where the show took place to the opulent centerpieces comprised of towering fruit displays and antique candelabras. But of course, a Chanel show is nothing without the clothes. The close-ups are key, letting viewers in on the detail of feathered hemlines and pearlized cuffs, Edelweiss embroidery and bejeweled collars. Think of it as an early Christmas present.
