Isn’t it nice to see a teen fashion magazine putting an actual teen with enviable style on the cover? Elle Fanning graces the cover of Teen Vogue’s February 2012 issue in a photograph by Sebastian Kim and also stars in an accompanying editorial called “Hollywood’s New Princess.”
