Photographed and styled in a manner reminiscent of the late 70s and early 80s, Keira Knightley appears on Interview’s April cover in a shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. The cover was so reminiscent of that era in fact, that iluvjeisa likened it to Diane von Furstenberg’s March 1977 cover for the magazine. Despite the comparison, most forum members appreciated the cover’s dramatic look.
“WOW… this is gorgeous!! Interview does it again,” wrote jmrmartinho.
“Interview covers are just getting better and better lately,” Northern Star posted. “Always very striking and no exception here. Dark, edgy, very sexy and stunningly retro.”
Urban Stylin called the cover “beyond stunning,” and even went so far as to declare that this is probably Keira’s “best cover.”
