Ives927 thought the cover and editorial looked like part two of the Stepford Wives, but others, like Melancholybaby responded to “the icy feel of the cover and the ‘frustrated married couple’ theme of the editorial.”
Jessica Chastain has an editorial in the magazine that was photographed by Paolo Roversi, and the fact that she didn’t land on the cover feels like a missed opportunity. Especially since she’s proven how stunning and strong she can look on the covers of T: The New York Times Style Magazine, and AnOther Magazine among others.
