The results? Pretty darn glam. The singer’s sultry stare pierces through her netted veil on the cover, and the slayage continues in the accompanying spread. If you needed further proof that Riri can wear anything, these images should fit the bill. She’s pictured in everything from a black sequin catsuit complete with face mask to an ornately embellished turban with a pearl and sequin-encrusted sweater. Yep, pretty much the sort of fare only Rihanna could pull off.
Our forum members seem to be pretty happy with the results as well: “What can I say, fantastic, strong cover! Very hypnotizing,” wrote la veronika.
“WOW! She’s wearing clothes this time,” quipped a clearly delighted Indigo Homme.
Some, however, aren’t sure that Rihanna’s the best ambassador for modesty: “Rihanna looks gorgeous here, love the way she was styled. But that tagline about modesty is a tad ironic, considering who is on the cover. I mean, Rihanna has never been one to shy away from showing some skin,” said YoninahAliza.
