“This is a smart move for Dior. Meisel has that magic touch that brings clothes to life. No other photographer can do that. The clothes look surprisingly good,” approved GivenchyHomme the moment the campaign dropped.

“Considering the clothes that Meisel had to work with, the result is beyond expectations,” dodencebt echoed.

“This is quite nice and I like the interesting composition,” added Nomar.

Also equally as impressed was MyNameIs: “I love it. So chic and sophisticated. Love the poses. Best Dior campaign in a LONG time. I’m happy we’re done with the clinical lab campaigns.”

Wolkfolk shared the same sentiments, enthusing, “Well kudos to Dior for choosing Meisel. Very smart move. He may not be what he used to be but he’s still the only photographer capable of elevating a huge mess of a collection into striking fashion images. He does it with Moschino and he did it with Dior this season!”

Apple agreed, exclaiming, “I like it. Meisel can really make everything look better and Julia was a good choice for this.”

“Sleek and chic. I even prefer this to the previous ads under [John] Galliano that Meisel shot,” declared Kanna.

“They were very strategic with this. Meisel’s photography and the styling are a bit Galliano-era, paired with Julia who’s the muse of Raf-era. They actually made the clothes look desirable so I guess that’s a win,” championed Marc10.
