“A month can’t go by without seeing a Hadid sister on a cover. It’s a quite empty cover, but Bella looks good. Also, it’s nice to see an Armani piece featured on a cover. Or maybe it happens often, I just haven’t noticed,” wrote dodencebt the second the cover dropped earlier today.

“Simply shocked to see an all black outfit on the cover of Vogue Japan. How refreshing. I like the pose, but if her expression was more powerful it would work better,” added Miss Dalloway.

TeeVanity opted to play favorites: “Her second Vogue cover, it’s quite lovely but I prefer her Vogue Turkey cover.”

Forum member kokobombon agreed that this wasn’t Bella’s best. “I like the styling but the pose isn’t working for me. I like Bella, I think she can do better than this. I blame it on [photographer Giampaolo] Sgura,” she declared.

“Love the styling and pose. Her mouth looks a bit tense but I love Bella so I’m really happy she’s on their September cover!” Nepenthes approved shortly after.

MON was an admirer, enthusing, “One of the most beautiful Vogue Japan covers I’ve seen so far. The color scheme, the layout, the styling. Everything looks class. Bella is gorgeous, but a better expression would have worked better. But I love this nevertheless. It’s a powerful cover. It has that ‘authority.'”
