Kendall Jenner Works the Cover of Vogue Turkey’s November Issue Like an 80s Supermodel (Forum Buzz)

Kendall Jenner continues to show the haters and critics just what she’s capable of with yet another Vogue cover to add to her growing portfolio. (Say what you will, but scoring four Vogue covers last month is quite the accomplishment for any working model.) Kendall’s latest is the cover of Vogue Turkey, photographed by Russell James. Following in the footsteps of Gisele Bündchen and Lara Stone, the current face of Fendi gives us some major 1980s supermodel vibes in the glamorous and stylized cover shot.

Is it possible our forum members actually like a Kendall Jenner cover? “Great photo, love her face here, the styling is not groundbreaking but great. A good cover. Usually, I am not fond of grey background but it works quite well. Bravo, Vogue Turkey!” applauded a more than impressed GivenchyAddict.

“A bit Vogue Paris, but I like it. Considering what Vogue Turkey has been giving us lately, this is a huge win for them. Kendall looks good. I dig the old school supermodel vibe going on here,” added MyNameIs.

In agreement over how French Vogue the cover appeared was Wolkfolk, writing, “This feels very VP, 80s Vogue Paris I mean. Very Gia /Janice Dickinson. The styling is pretty simple but it works actually, and her hair looks glorious. Definitely one of her best shots!”

Also an admirer of how things turned out was TeeVanity, commenting, “This is lovely, stunning cover for Kendall.”

Miss Dalloway felt the same way. “Actually a beautiful cover from her! I also like the styling,” she pointed out.

“Gorgeous cover, her beautiful eyes stand out! Her two best covers this year were by Russell, Vogue Brazil and now Turkey,” raved Zposen.

“Maybe it’s the bouncy hair, but there seems to be more attitude in this cover shot, I really like it. If most of her work had this sort of feel, I’d probably look forward to seeing her name in a new magazine thread every morning,” said a satisfied tigerrogue.
