Lais Ribeiro on Vogue Brazil Is the Perfect February Cover

The Brazilian edition of Vogue is off to a fine start in 2017, having just served up the much in-demand Irina Shayk for January and now delivering Lais Ribeiro for February. We always love to see a model score a cover of her native Vogue and the Brazil edition does us proud with this pretty, feminine and delightful cover. Photographed by Greg Kadel, the Brazilian beauty sits perched on Kadel’s studio floor wearing Valentino.

Members of our forums were quick to show the cover some love. “Gorgeous, happy to see this cover,” championed TeeVanity the moment the cover surfaced.

“How stunning, I love everything about this!” raved Miss Dalloway.

Also equally as impressed with Vogue Brazil this month was happycanadian: “Reeeaaaallly beautiful. I admit that Lais isn’t my favorite, but this is a beautiful shot and I’m happy for her.”

Vogue28 felt the same way, expressing, “Another strong cover from Vogue Brazil, love the pink and the fact that Lais Ribeiro scored the cover. She looks wonderful!”

“Nice cover. Perfect for Valentine’s Day!” pointed out narcyza.

“Wow, a black Brazilian solo cover for Vogue Brazil. They don’t do this nearly enough for one of their own (who is a contract Victoria’s Secret model, BTW),” stated antrob.

“It’s a great shot of that gorgeous Valentino dress. Unfortunately for Lais the dress stole the show,” forum member GivenchyHomme shared.

Benn98 shared the same sentiments. “I like everything from the neck down,” he echoed and went on to ask, “Why must her hair look so severe and deliberately false? That shade of pink is easy on the eye, and even the pose (which I normally loathe) works here.”

The cover is undeniably perfect for February, don’t you agree? Have your say and join the conversation here.
