Vogue Germany October 2021 : Amber Valletta & Family by Sean Thomas

Amber Valletta and Her Family Are All Smiles on Vogue Germany’s October 2021 Cover

Supermodels on the covers of fashion magazines is always a good idea. Whether it’s Naomi Campbell on i-D, Cindy Crawford on Tatler or Shalom Harlow on Harper’s Bazaar Spain, you’ll hear zero complaints from us. We expected to see Claudia Schiffer on Vogue Germany this month, but are more than content with Amber Valletta making an appearance for October 2021. In the joyous cover image, the model, actress and firm forum favorite is joined by her family (brother Robert Parks Valletta, son Auden McCaw and daughter Raphaël Charles) before the lens of Sean Thomas.

Although the outcome sparked anything but joy on our forums. “I am glad they are laughing! I am laughing, too, because this is a joke,” remarked dontbeadrag.

“I hate with a passion when Vogue tries to be Vanity Fair with their family covers because they are so bad. Again here it looks so fake, you can’t see fashion for s*** and it all looks soooo pedestrian and amateurish,” voiced Bertrando3.

“I loathe these cheesy family portraits. The Beckhams on British Vogue. The Birkins on Vogue Paris. Now this?” added dfl-001.

“Eh, boring. The only time I liked seeing a family-themed cover was Natasha Poly with her daughter on the cover of Vogue Paris,” noted aracic.

“Very pedestrian. What’s up with Amber’s hair?” asked mikel.

“So they had Amber and produced this?” liberty33r1b pointed out.

But not everyone felt the same way. “I don’t hate it. It makes me smile. So it’s a good thing,” admitted oaklee91.

“I won’t complain over the sight of Amber Valletta. It’s neither the finest moment of Amber or Vogue Germany, but I somehow don’t loathe it,” confessed vogue28.
