Not only was Kim photographed leaving Kanye’s apartment and dining with him at night, but she also set out in public wearing the letters “KW” as earrings. In short, they’re behaving exactly like any other couple in love, if getting special-order accessories with your new sweetheart’s initials and flaunting them in front of the paparazzi is how you choose to honor a new relationship.
