Michelle Obama‘s golden boy is working on a sixties-inspired line that’s sure to sell big when it drops in stores and online on February 5.

Even though it seems like Target must really hate when its website is up and running, the company is taking precautions to keep their servers up and avoid the PR nightmare that followed the immediate debut of their Missoni collection. Reps for Target underscore that Wu’s collection will be smaller in scope, hitting just the womenswear and accessories sections of the store.

Jason Wu thinks that you’ll like the line: “The exciting thing about this limited-edition collection of affordable womenswear and accessories is that it allows me to reach a wider audience and bring my designs to people who may not have been able to purchase them before. My collection for Target is chic and wearable. I think women everywhere will enjoy it.”
