For his new book, Dior Couture, Patrick Demarchelier photographed over one hundred gowns from the legendary French fashion house. Pulling from collections designed by Christian Dior himself and spanning the whole history of the line, up to the John Galliano era, Demarchelier enlisted some today's most stunning models—including Monika "Jac" Jagaciak, Sasha Pivovarova, and Karlie Kloss—to pose in the gowns.
Published by Rizzoli and written by Interview Magazine's former EIC, Ingrid Sischy, the book is a major fashion event. The tome retails for $115, but is available for pre-order for $69 on Amazon.
Dior Couture will hit stores on December 6, just in time for the holidays. Hopefully, we won't have to wait much longer than that to find out who will step in to advance Dior's famed legacy as head designer.
