Models Miranda Kerr and Julia Stegner are the stars of Bally's delightfully cheesy Spring 2012—the first campaign of the season to grace our computer screens.
Photographed by Norman Jean Roy and produced by Ronnie Cooke Newhouse and Stephen Wolstenholme (the dream team behind Lanvin's awkward dancing Fall 2011 campaign video and much more), Kerr and Stegner get into the Julie Andrews spirit with the Swiss mountains in the backdrop and nuzzle some very pretty goats and puppies.
The supermodels might be hamming it up and the set pieces might look a little too picture-perfect, but the cheery campaign has a retro feel—not in the visual language, but in the optimistic mood of the pictures. I'm into it.
