Last night in Paris, Karl Lagerfeld revealed his latest line, a capsule range for Hogan. This the great Kaiser's fourth collaboration with the contemporary Italian brand, and his gajillionth collection in the past year. Since he's no slacker, the designer also photographed the lookbook for the collection.
Just an overview: Lagerfeld is the creative director of Chanel and Fendi. He collaborates per regular with Hogan. Last year he launched a namesake diffusion line, Karl; shot a music video with Snoop Dogg; launched a pop-up shop with Colette; filmed a commercial for Magnum Ice Cream starring Rachel Bilson; designed a watches line for Fossil; created a capsule collection for Macy's; and designed his own line of Diet Coke bottles AND shot Coco Rocha for the ad campaign. He also got a new kitten and I'm sure I've left out dozens of his other projects.
I have an idea: since it seems like there's too much time in the day for the ubermensch, maybe he can take over the design duties at Dior? I just don't want him to get restless, and it seems like he has way too much time on his hands.
