‘Tis always a sad thing when a man you don’t know personally, but are convinced would totally make a great boyfriend, finds love with another woman who definitely can’t romance him like you can. Such is the case with Benedict Cumberbatch, who got married this weekend, giving Cumberbitches the world over a serious case of the sads.
Benedict and his now wife Sophie Hunter tied the knot — ON VALENTINE’S DAY — in a ceremony that was attended by 140 guests, including Keira Knightley, but sadly none of the actor’s fans with the gall to object to the union. The pair wed at St. Peter and St. Paul’s Church in Mottistone on the Isle of Wight, which looks like something out of a Downton Abbey episode. Sophie Hunter, consider us insanely jealous.
