Since it was announced that Cara Delevingne would be starring in Paper Towns, we were curious to see the model-cum-actress in what could very well be her breakout role opposite Nat Wolff. Now, the trailer for the movie has hit the web and it’s gotten us more juiced than ever for the film.
A brunette Delevingne stars in the film as Margo Roth Spiegelman, the neighbor of Quentin Jacobsen who is smitten with her. After years of pining after her, they become friends when Spiegelman recruits Jacobsen for a night of revenge on her ex-boyfriend. The next day, Spiegelman mysteriously disappears, leading Jacobsen on an adventure to find his lost love’s whereabouts.
Delevingne ditches her accent to play the role of an All-American girl, though quite frankly, we can totally hear evidence of her British lilt slipping through every once in a while. Peep Cara in the two and a half-minute trailer above.
Paper Towns is due to hit theaters July 24.
