As Victoria Beckham‘s fashion career continues to strengthen, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to imagine that she was ever a Spice Girl with a penchant for WAG-style dressing. Yesterday added another milestone in her career as she officially launched her label at Barneys New York. The launch was marked with a private in-store shopping event held by Victoria herself, alongside her own little style icon in the making, daughter Harper.
The ever-immaculate Victoria celebrated the first part of the evening in one of her new season back cut-out shift dresses in red. It’s currently only available to buy in white and you can snap it up for £1395 at Net-a-Porter. Courtesy of her young daughter Harper, her main accessory of choice appeared to be a bright My Little Pony toy.
The most stylish part was yet to come, however, as Victoria switched to another one of her designs at an A-list dinner at Freds at Barneys New York. Her guests included friends Eva Longoria, Gwyneth Paltrow and Rose Byrne, all of whom wore different Victoria Beckham pieces, with Eva opting for one of her plunge-neck numbers.
If you’re stateside and excited to finally shop her collection at Barneys, you’ll be pleased to hear that Victoria has also created a few exclusives for the department store, such as a pair of sleek aviators. You can shop select VB pieces and pre-order others on Barneys site here.
