On eBay, the prices peak at $10,000 for a size 11 pair, exponentially greater than the shoe’s original $200 price tag. One seller has the shoes for a modest $355 starting bid. A $405 dollar starting bid for another pair of the kicks can be bypassed if you shell out $1,250. Yep – it’s hard out here for those of us who weren’t lucky enough to get free pairs from Kanye like the Kardashian-Jenner crew, who have been flaunting their new Yeezys all over the place. As for the rest of us, we’ll be here languishing on eBay as we try to decide between paying our rents this month and rocking Kanye’s latest.
