Katy Perry seems to be raking in the fashion campaigns. The singer is the face of Moschino’s Fall 2015 campaign – a rather unsurprising choice given her close relationship with creative director Jeremy Scott. Not only will Perry be serving you popstar realness with the Italian label through the fall season, but she will also be spreading holiday cheer and encouraging mass consumption on behalf of H&M, who has tapped the singer as the face of its holiday campaign.
Katy Perry might have designers like Scott at her beck and call, but she says her personal style was born at H&M. “H&M was one of the places where I first began cultivating my personal style. I have continued to love integrating H&M pieces into my wardrobe throughout the years,” she said.
Perry announced her involvement with the Swedish retailer with a post on Instagram. “Ladies, Gentlemen & unlabeled – let’s take a petite pause on the beauteous summer we are experiencing & open our calendars tooooo…THE HOLIDAYS,” she wrote. “I am excited to announce that I will be starring in @hm‘s #HappyandMerry Holiday Campaign launching later this year!!! Stay tuned for the whole unwrapping!”
We’ll be watching closely as more images from the forthcoming campaign leak out.
