Jessika Allen Sells JETS Swimwear After Over A Decade of Success

After over a decade slaying the Australian and international swimwear category, JETS Swimwear founder Jessika Allen and her husband, Adrian Allen, have sold their label to The PAS Group for an undisclosed sum.

Having owned the swimwear brand since 2001 with a recent expansion into the activewear market, Jessika will remain as design director for at least 18 months before moving into a consulting role. General manager Rob Schonberger will keep his position.

JETS is expected to contribute to PAS’ earnings straight away, adding to other brands within the group including Review, Marco Polo and Black Pepper. “In Australia, there are opportunities to increase its retail footprint and expand its online presence,” PAS chief executive Eric Morris said in a news release.

“We will also look to broaden its international distribution,” he continued, noting that the brand will provide a platform for growth in the ever-expanding activewear market.

Jessika said, “We are very proud of the business and brand we have built over the years and extremely grateful to the JETS team for their effort and support. Having considered many potential options, we felt PAS was best suited to take the business to the next phase, and we are delighted to be working with Eric and his team to further the growth of the brand.”
