Jeremy Meeks, the convict whose handsome mugshot went viral in 2014, is officially a free man. Meeks was sentenced to two years in jail on felony weapon charges then released early for good looks behavior.
The 6-foot-1-inch heartthrob first rose to fame when his mugshot was posted on Stockton Police Department’s Facebook page. It immediately went viral garnering hundreds of thousands of likes. Admirers swooned over Meeks’s piercing gray eyes, soft lips and chiseled cheekbones. And model agencies took notice.
The 32-year-old hunk was signed by talent agency White Cross Management while he was still in jail. Now that he’s out from behind bars, Meeks is excited to pursue his modeling career. His agent, Jim Jordan, was even on-hand to greet him upon his release from prison. “We have a lot in store regarding Jeremy’s new career,” Jordan said in a statement. “There are a multitude of offers on the table.” We can’t wait to see which high fashion brand books Meeks first.
And while our dreams of dating Meeks may never come to pass (he’s happily married with kids), feel free to join us in obsessively stalking his Instagram page.
