Watch: Beyoncé’s Latest Ivy Park Promo Is Your New Workout Soundtrack

In a video released this Thursday, Beyoncé, using a very familiar intonation, introduced us to her Fall 2016 Ivy Park collection. The rapid succession of cuts between images of the pop icon performing, pushing herself at the gym, hanging with Blue and Jay, poppin’ champagne (Ace of Spades, no doubt) and, of course, posing in her athleisure brand mirrors the style of a Lemonade interlude. Her voice follows the same rhythm it did whilst reciting Warsan Shire’s powerful poetry. Even in the abbreviated, 79-second segment, the themes of female strength and familial bonds hold strong. The result is a video that’s equal parts inspiring, artistic and marketing gold.

Today, when you’re grinding at the gym, fire up YouTube and let Beyoncé’s million-dollar vocal chords spur you on to new feats of athleticism. We plan on playing “I teach my body every day that I can go a little further. I know my body can learn how to bend and not break. I know what it’s capable of. I’ve seen it perform miracles” in a loop as infinite as our treadmill routine. Also, we’re definitely shelling out for the one-shoulder bodysuit in which Bey slays the opening shot.

To find out where to get your hands on said suit and the rest of the new Ivy Park collection, head over to the brand’s website. But before you do that, check out the full clip above.
