Watch: Suki Waterhouse Stars in Steamy Burberry Kisses Lipstick Campaign

Look away Bradley Cooper, because Suki Waterhouse is starring alongside British musician George Le Page in a steamy campaign for Burberry. Waterhouse, who is the current face of Brit Rhythm, marks her seventh campaign for Burberry Beauty in the latest ad for the English brand’s Burberry Kisses lipstick collection for Spring 2015.

In the sexy video shot by Mario Testino in London, the 23-year-old model and Le Page wear the brand’s signature cashmere scarves as Waterhouse coyly teases him with her fire engine red lips grazing his face. The makeup look for the campaign was done by Burberry Make-Up Artistic Consultant Wendy Rowe who used the Military Red shade for the shoot.

The lightweight Burberry Kisses collection features a range of 28 lipsticks designed to give buildable coverage from sheer to opaque with one shade. “The new collection includes our most extensive colour palette to date with a great range of colours to choose from, from wearable nudes to classic reds including our iconic Military Red; the perfect, most universal red which suits all skin tones,” says Rowe. The lipsticks retail for $33 and are available now on and select retailers, but before you shop for your new spring lipstick — check out the video below.  (more…)

L'Officiel Singapore March 2015 Steven Klein

Fierce covers, but we’re reminded of something from last month. “Reminds me of ‘boobs’ in LOVE‘s Spring 2015 issue, but so much better,” called out Koibito, of course referring to the Steven Klein editorial from the Kim Kardashian issue of LOVE.

“Basically ‘boobs’ but without the boobs. Stunning cast!” announced russianelf in agreement.

Nepenthes was full of praise for the content and raved, “Everyone looks so stunning! Love this!”

As was Benn98: “This is so unexpected, all the girls look stunning. Wow at Crystal Renn, she’s killing it.”

“OMFG these are so bloody amazing I can’t even handle!” cried Nomar in excitement.

“Didn’t know L’Officiel Singapore was such a publication that could get these in-demand models!” added a pleasantly surprised littlekiki.

MON was quick to sing the magazine’s praises. “Congrats to L’Officiel Singapore for their 8th year and for being able to cast such huge names. NOW, these are nice portraits but it’s boring. Same old same old Steven Klein,” he shared.

Check out all eight covers inside the thread and share your favorite here.

Dolce & Gabbana has brought haute couture to the fellas with its Alta Sartoria line, allowing men to order fancy-schmancy bespoke suits from the brand’s Milan store. Now, stylish guys living stateside with deep pockets and a penchant for one-of-a-kind pieces can enjoy the same luxury at the Fifth Avenue store in New York City. The service will be available starting in the fall.

“Globalization has destroyed things like elegance and tradition,” says Stefano Gabbana. “Fashion can make men afraid—but you won’t lose any power because of a baby-blue jacket lining.” Sounds like the duo is trying to bring some of that mood back to fashion — one bespoke brocade jacket at a time.

Kanye West Thinks $5,000 Sweaters Are Ridiculous

It seems there isn’t a day that goes by without Kanye West saying or doing something to garner attention. Today in Yeezy news, the rapper becomes a class equality crusader.

West hit up Oxford University to address students during a lecture. Besides proclamations that racism is dead and that North West’s toys can only be of the “inspirational” sort (whatever that means to an 18 month old), West did have some great ideas about the fashion world and how it needs to be more egalitarian. The rapper talked about how much he despises class distinctions and how they influence the world of consumerism. In Kanye’s world, it shouldn’t matter if you have $4 dollars or $400,000 dollars – you should have access to quality. “Clothing should be like food. There should never be a $5,000 sweater. You know what should cost $5,000? A car should be $5,000. And you know who should work on the car? The people that work on the $500,000 cars,” he said. “All the best talent in the world needs to work for the people. And I am so f*****g serious about this concept that I will stand in front of anyone and fight for it. Because I was 14 and middle class. I know what it felt like to not get what I have.”

And it seems like Yeezy, who Madonna calls a “beautiful mess,” is following through on his crusade to break class barriers. Before hitting Oxford to make his speech, West paid a visit to the Carnaby Street Adidas Store in London to help hand out free pairs of his Yeezy Boost sneaker. At least he’s working on that ego like he said.

Michelle Williams Appears on UK ELLE and We’re Delighted (Forum Buzz)

U.K. ELLE is the latest April issue to drop on our forums and we’re pleasantly surprised to see Michelle Williams grace the cover, making for an interesting subject among the usual set of recycled cover stars. The My Week with Marilyn actress and regular face of Louis Vuitton effortlessly wears the French fashion house’s Spring 2015 collection on the cover. Shot by Kerry Hallihan, Michelle is captured in the studio and exclusively wears Vuitton throughout her feature.

Forum members raced to the thread to see ELLE‘s latest installment and couldn’t wait to voice their praise. “I love Michelle and am thrilled to see her on a cover again!” Handbag Queen raved, getting us off on a high note.

“I love this! I like how they’ve managed to portray her looking cool and fresh instead of that typically pretty girl aesthetic,” added Chanelcouture09.

Also full of enthusiasm was kokobombon: “I think that the color palette makes it very eye-catching. I like the styling and LOVE Michelle.”

Forum member gazebo agreed, “I love everything about it. She looks super fresh and cool.” ELLE has certainly won us over with this one.

MyNameIs shared the same sentiments and echoed, “Love it. Agree with most, this looks cool and fresh. I feel like it’s been a while since we’ve seen her on a cover.”

“Michelle is not one of those girls who always book covers, so I welcome this. I’m really bored with this LV look, but at least it suits her,” Benn98 posted.
