Watch: Laverne Cox and Samira Wiley’s Lip Sync Battle Should Have Been a Tie

Orange Is the New Black fans, prepare to lose your breath. Months after we bade farewell to Samira Wiley under the most devastating circumstances possible — at the end of Season 4, her character was accidentally choked to death by a prison guard, becoming a symbol of the Black Lives Matter movement — Poussey and Sophia have reunited once more.

On last night’s episode of Lip Sync Battle, OITNB’s Laverne Cox took on her former co-star. For her first act, the Rocky Horror Picture Show actress slayed Nicki Minaj’s Roman’s Revenge. Wiley countered with a soulful rendition of Toni Braxton’s Un-Break My Heart. We were floored and torn all at once. Chrissy Teigen, the actual winner of every Lip Sync Battle episode, expressed our sentiments perfectly. (more…)

You Can Now Vote on What Tommy x Gigi’s Spring 2017 Collection Will Look Like

For Spring 2017, Tommy x Gigi will again walk the runway arm in arm. After the success of the pair’s Fall 2016 fashion extravaganza, it’s no surprise that the Americana peddler is renewing its partnership with the click-baity cover girl. The Friday of the mega-duo’s inaugural presentation, Hilfiger was the top-performing digital label at New York Fashion Week, with over 411,000 engagements. Granted, there was a full-on carnival involved, but there’s no debating the social media power Gigi Hadid brought to the occasion.

Same as last season, the aptly-named #TommyNow Spring 2017 runway will be a see-now, buy-now experience. All looks will be available online the moment they hit the catwalk. The full apparel, footwear, accessories and fragrance range will arrive at brick-and-mortar locations shortly thereafter, sometime in February 2017.

As part of Hilfiger’s initiative to “democratize fashion” — or determine what’ll sell best without allowing buyers the lag time needed to crunch the production numbers — Tommy and Gigi are doing something unprecedented in the world of fashion. Even Doutzen Kroes Can’t Save the Terrible Styling on This Vogue Spain Cover (Forum Buzz)

We love to give credit where it is due and there’s no getting away from the fact that Vogue Spain kickstarted 2016 with a bang, delivering stellar covers one after the other. Yet the magazine has entered a rough patch over the past few months, hitting rock bottom with a Kendall Jenner cover last month. Now, Spanish Vogue moves on to its November 2016 issue with “real model” Doutzen Kroes. Captured by Benny Horne, the Dutch beauty wears a sports-inspirited Louis Vuitton jacket in the dynamic and unconventional cover shot where she appears to be trying to tell us something.

Watch: Gigi Hadid’s Stuart Weitzman Boot Is Her Best Collab Yet

Not too long ago, Stuart Weitzman announced that it would be joining the gaggle of designers lining up to co-create with Gigi Hadid. Fresh off her much-fêted fall collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger, the model again donned her designer (dad) cap to help produce a limited-edition namesake boot for the much-loved shoe brand.

Said booties feature a stacked heel and a sleek, combat silhouette. Each pair is outfitted with bold metallic eyelets, duo-toned laces and a detailed collar. So as to provide “multiple options for her style squad,” the Gigi Boot comes in three colorways: silver, bronze and “a classic-yet-modern nero soft croco-calf leather.” The design captures Gigi’s tomboy chic style so perfectly we could swear we’ve seen her trotting around in them before. Gisele Bündchen’s First Vogue Cover of 2016 Could Have Been So Much Better (Forum Buzz)

She’s certainly no stranger to the cover of Vogue but it’s hard to believe her last one was back in November last year. After a twelve-month hiatus, Gisele Bündchen is back doing what she does best as her native Vogue Brazil welcomes her back as its cover girl for November 2016. Making up for lost time, the glossy produced two different covers to mark the occasion, each photographed by Nino Muñoz. Cover one (below) showcases a sultry Gisele as she vamps it up under the warm Rio de Janeiro sunshine drenched in Chanel, while the second displays the supermodel topless cradling a guitar.

After so many Gisele-free months, our forum members expected a whole lot more. “Wearing Chanel? How predictable. At least she carries off the styling this time around. The first cover is better than the second, but I’m truly surprised that after so many years we still see these ‘dripping in sexiness’ type of shoots from Gisele. It may work for her fandom, but does absolutely nothing for me,” shared an underwhelmed Benn98.

Zendaya’s #DGMillenials Campaign Makes Us Want All the Silk Scarves

Confession: We might actually subscribe to the upcoming Zendaya app. If her Snapchat content is any indication, the experience is sure to be filled with spot-on karaoke sessions, hilarious one-liners and impeccable style moments.

We’re hoping and praying that some of the promised behind-the-scenes footage follows the actress slash musician slash shoe designer to Capri, where she recently filmed Dolce & Gabbana’s Summer 2017 campaign. Zendaya is one of the many #DGMillenials — “a selection of young influencers who thanks to their discerning style and Instagram prowess are challenging the norms of contemporary communication,” as described by the Italian fashion house’s website — to star in the accessories and gelato-heavy ads. (Looks like Dolce & Gabbana is now taking its marketing cues from Alexander Wang.)

This season around, rather than floral crowns, campaign stars are touting more wearable headgear. Case in point: In two #BTS shots, Z is seen licking a rapidly melting cone wearing (surprise, surprise) chic, street-ready PJs in a pattern that celebrates her dessert of choice. The beauty muse’s brunette waves are held back by a scarf tied headband-style a la Brigitte Bardot. Complementing her print-happy silks are oversized sunnies and a baby blue statement clutch.
