Already a seasoned model and fashion designer, Erin Wasson is now partnering with Zadig & Voltaire for a capsule collection. The pairing comes as no surprise since Erin was the face of the French luxury lifestyle brand’s Spring 2011 and Fall 2011 campaigns. She’s also appeared in the Spring Summer 2011 advertisements for Joie as well as campaigns for William Rast, Michael Kors, J. Crew, H&M, Rolex, and Tiffany & Co. A few years ago, Erin first tried her hand at designing when she offered up Erin Wasson x RVCA and her own jewelry line, LowLuv.

The new 15-piece collection, called Erin Meets Zadig, launches on Net-a-Porter this September on its way to stores worldwide. Keep on the lookout for rock ‘n' roll influenced items like a studded suede jacket, python bag, and boots at price points from $120 to $1400. Erin’s latest collaboration is set to premiere in July during Paris Couture Week. This native Texan definitely knows a thing or two about putting on a show from presenting her own collections to walking for the likes of big names like Balenciaga, Gucci, Lanvin, and Karl Lagerfeld.

It was actually a Prada one-piece from the fashion house’s Spring 2008 collection that Erin chose for the private screening of the animated short, Trembled Blossoms in March 2008. Of course, her selection made perfect sense since the event was hosted by Prada. Erin’s see-through lacy mini dress which exposed her underwear was a far less sensible choice for the 6th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party in September 2008. Those informal combat-style boots may have been a bit too unruly for the occasion, too.

Erin went daring in a black satin Nina Ricci Spring 2008 number featuring a deep V-neckline for the Filth and Wisdom New York City premiere in October 2008. Emma Cook for Topshop lace-up boots and a vintage belt courtesy of Escada rounded out the look. Topshop also was the source of these shredded jeans Erin slipped on for the Burberry Beverly Hills store re-opening a few days later.

For the Model As Muse: Embodying Fashion Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in May 2009, this rebel wore a pair of Phi leather pants with exposed zippers and a matching tuxedo jacket. Rocking a 70s style long sleeved white maxi gown with fantastic side cut-outs, Erin attended another store re-opening in September 2010 only this time for the Chanel Soho Boutique.

There was no denying that Roberto Cavalli was behind the black web-infused halter creation Erin donned for amfAR Milano 2010 during Milan Fashion Week in September 2010. Erin went with a teal and rust-colored embroidered fringe jersey jumpsuit from Louis Vuitton’s Spring 2011 collection for the Somewhere Los Angeles premiere last December.
All eyes will certainly be fixed on the runway during Paris Couture Week to see Erin’s new collection.
