She’s been spotted recently sporting pink hair, but Dianna Agron has developed a pretty sophisticated red carpet style as displayed promoting Glee: The 3D Concert Movie this month. Her off-duty fashion persona is a different story, though. This relative newcomer’s real-world style is actually far more playful and adventurous.

The young actress has been a fashionable force on the red carpet since she began portraying a preppy cheerleader on Glee. Back at the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in January 2010, Dianna looked elegant in a white strapless Edition by Georges Chakra Spring 2010 embellished gown. Dianna went strapless again in this floral jacquard Carolina Herrera Resort 2011 number for the Breakthrough of the Year Awards last August. The dress was accented by a purple satin ribbon, Manolo Blahnik heels and Neil Lane jewelry.

Her Carolina Herrera dedication was evident at the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards later that month. This ornate tiered lace ball gown was also from the Resort 2011 collection and Cartier diamonds added a touch of sparkle. Prada's take on the little black dress was Dianna's pick for the Fox TCA Winter 2011 Party this past January. The short sleeve dress had a pop of color thanks to that red ribbon belt. Sam Edelman's black pumps and a patent clutch finished off the look.

When it came time for the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards several days later, the actress opted for a light beige J. Mendel Pre-Fall 2011 silk chiffon strapless gown with beaded bodice. Cathy Waterman jewelry and a gold Salvatore Ferragamo minaudière served as accessories. During the fan meet-and-greet for her film, I Am Number Four at Hot Topic the following month, Dianna wore a black mesh Proenza Schouler dress. An Alexander McQueen scarf, cut-out Lanvin booties and Broken English jewelry all collaborated to produce the ensemble.

The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards took place the following week and Dianna vamped it up wearing Vivienne Westwood’s Gold Label collection. Her black silk satin bustier and corresponding skirt were combined with satin Ferragamo heels, a Judith Leiber clutch as well as House of Lavande jewels. She opted for an edgier ensemble this May when she attended the 2nd Annual Mary J. Blige Honors Concert in New York City. Her all-black Gucci Spring 2011 outfit included a short sleeve top featuring cut-out accents and pants with ankle button detail. Gucci gold t-strap sandals rounded out the look.

It was a red bandeau halter gown by Michael Kors for the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art the very next day. Michael Kors was also behind her gold metal cuff and clear crystal studs as well as the lizard multi-strap platforms. Caught leaving a hair salon in West Hollywood later that month, Dianna showed off her freshly chopped locks in a printed halter dress. Tory Burch python flats and a MaxMara handbag completed her summery look.
