
Bright pops of color were back in a major way on the red carpet. Red was certainly a trend at the Emmys, but several celebs opted for shades of blue for the annual event. The broadcast wasn’t the only high profile affair taking place, though. Plenty of stars attended the Moet & Chandon Etoile Award Ceremony which honored fashion photographer Mario Testino. Necklines meanwhile ran the gamut this week from extremely low-cut to sweetheart all the way up to boatneck.
Lea Michele at the Beverly Hills Michael Kors Store
Lea was pink perfection in this Michael Kors brocade racerback number. The short dress was complemented by a nude clutch, jewels by Melinda Maria and Michael Kors silver sandals.

Cate Blanchett at the Louis Vuitton Island Maison Store Opening
Cate was head-to-toe Louis Vuitton at the fashion house’s latest store opening over in Singapore. Her lacy black Resort 2012 printed dress was partnered with Last Dance peep-toe platform pumps and a Sofia Coppola for Louis Vuitton black alligator leather slim clutch.

Drew Barrymore at Trousdale in West Hollywood
Drew slipped out of her Givenchy Fall 2011 Couture gown and changed into this molded torso McQ Resort 2012 printed dress for an Emmy after party. Blue suede heels, a Jack Vartanian bracelet and hoop earrings rounded out the ensemble.

Taylor Swift at the 5th Annual ACM Honors
Taylor collected the Jim Reeves International Award at the ceremony in Nashville wearing a sparkling Elie Saab creation. Her nude chiffon embellished cocktail dress came from the designer's Resort 2012 collection and was styled with gold accented Christian Louboutin sandals.

Emmy Rossum at the LA Opera White Night Season Opening Gala
Emmy certainly looked like she was ready for a night at the opera when she attended the premiere of Eugene Onegin. The current star of Showtime's Shameless and former The Phantom of the Opera actress donned an emerald Johanna Johnson bustier gown. A matching diamond and emerald necklace only added to the elegant look especially since it also cascaded down her back.

Minka joined her Charlie's Angels co-stars and producer Drew Barrymore onstage as presenters.
