Milla Jovovich's latest film, The Three Musketeers, which also stars Orlando Bloom just opened in theaters on Friday. The model/actress has been busy lately stylishly promoting the 3-D adventure. She's also currently filming the latest edition in the Resident Evil franchise. In addition to her on-screen roles, she's still a working model appearing in campaigns for everyone from L’Oréal to Ann Taylor. Milla even tried her hand at designing with the now defunct Jovovich-Hawk line.

The multi-faceted star certainly made an impression at The Exodus – Burnt By The Sun premiere during the 63rd Annual Cannes Film Festival back in May 2010. Her Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 strapless gown featuring a rise and fall hem was paired with Sergio Rossi platform slingbacks. It was an orange Temperley London Spring 2011 draped number for the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala in Beverly Hills last October. Even with such a bright hue, Milla seemed to have no problem finding coordinating accessories including vintage Neil Lane jewelry and a Judith Leiber purse as well as Dior heels.

Matthew Williamson's printed kaftan was another colorful selection for the Los Angeles premiere of Biutiful in December. Her silk chiffon patterned dress was accented with a golden statement necklace, yellow clutch and gold sandals. When she attended Bulgari's private event to benefit Save the Children as well as Artists for Peace and Justice in Beverly Hills this past January, Milla opted for this printed floor-length Emilio Pucci dress. A pair of sandals, black clutch, another statement necklace and a ring by Bulgari all served as accessories.

She made sure to hit the Weinstein Company's Golden Globe Awards After Party a few days later. Her Giorgio Armani Privé gown had an off-the-shoulder neckline. Milla mastered the menswear trend the following month at the Tom Ford Flagship Store Opening Celebration in Beverly Hills. Her Tom Ford plaid suit came from the Spring 2011 collection and was partnered with a plunging sheer black blouse along with black pointed-toe pumps, a gold clutch and assorted gold gems.

This mixed-media Red Valentino was Milla's choice in March for the Mikhail Gorbachev 80th Birthday Gala Concert in London. Her dress had a lot going on with its polka dots and rosette detailing. The complicated frock was complemented by a black clutch along with white and black peep-toes. Marni was behind the embroidered dress she donned for the Met Gala earlier this year. Milla also sported a black clutch and matching sandals.

Back at Cannes this May for the La Conquete premiere, Milla looked glamorous thanks to Prada's white and nude gown featuring red trim. Sergio Rossi's embellished red butterfly shoulder bag and black Prada peep-toe pumps polished off the retro look. While at the festival, she made time for the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala wearing a sleeveless golden Atelier Versace gown. Versace also was the source for both her gold clutch and t-strap platform heels.
