The new face of Dolce & Gabbana The Make Up once again impressed on the red carpet, this time in a mint green Proenza Schouler Spring 2012 belted frock complete with printed accent lining. Felicity also wore Calvin Klein Spring 2012 ankle-strap cream-colored platform pumps.

Kate wasn’t afraid to show a lot of leg at the press conference in this white and nude Tadashi Shoji Spring 2012 tulle embroidered lace dress. Accessories included nude Brian Atwood pumps, Broken English earrings and a Piaget ring.

This year's British Style Award winner opted for an ivory sleeveless Christopher Kane Spring 2012 silk satin dress featuring a highly embellished top. Alexa's perennial favorite, Charlotte Olympia black velvet Kitty shoes, as well as a coordinating Christopher Kane clutch served as accessories.

Kate's custom Stella McCartney selection is a modified take on the designer's Spring 2012 collection. Her black one-shoulder gown had embroidered mesh side detailing and the actress polished off the look with minimal accessories as well as a sleek top knot.

Not surprisingly, Victoria went with one of her own creations for the ceremony where she picked up the award for Designer Brand of the Year. Her black halter gown from the Fall 2011 offering also had a cowl neck. A pair of black Christian Louboutin Daffodil pumps finished off the look.
