This was Rooney Mara’s week. The star of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo impressed with a variety of amazing black and white premiere looks from London to Stockholm all the way to New York City. Metallics and sequins were still the main form of embellishment for most celebs, though. Vivid hues in shades of berry and blue were also represented on the red carpet, while both Spring 2012 and Fall 2011 collections remained popular.

Rooney followed up her stunning couture number with an incredibly structured black Prabal Gurung Spring 2012 dress that had several sheer sections including on the back. She also wore Christian Louboutin Mary Jane peep-toes.

This raspberry-colored J. Mendel draped gown with dramatic neckline had Eva looking phenomenal on the red carpet. She accessorized with a beige Salvatore Ferragamo clutch and a pair of Brian Atwood nude peep-toe pumps.

Taylor opted for this light blue strapless Reem Acra tulle ball gown featuring a sequined leaf pattern on the bodice to accept the Harmony Award. House of Lavande jewels and Jimmy Choo heels polished off the look.
