Back in June 2010, the duo was spotted taking in a match at the French Open. Jay-Z was low-key in a white button-up dress shirt, but Beyonce stood out in a khaki Alexander McQueen cap sleeve dress. Several statement necklaces and a Fendi studded bag completed her game day look. The couple was in Paris once again this past April for work and a little relaxation. Beyonce showed some skin in this Preen floral print bustier dress and sported Christian Louboutin Lady Peep 150 python slingbacks along with a Jimmy Choo Rosabel bag.

Beyonce and Jay-Z made sure to check out the City of Light with a romantic walk around Paris. Beyonce looked stylish in this salmon-colored Isabel Marant Keni leather jacket, khaki shorts, and a nude pair of Christian Louboutin Lady Daf platforms. Jay-Z kept it basic in a white T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. Beyonce was outfitted in this Marc Jacobs ensemble for a Parisian-style brunch. Her Fall 2011 polka dot dress was styled with navy Christian Louboutin heels and a black Balmain bag. Jay-Z stuck with his laid-back vibe.

The 2011 Met Gala last May saw the husband and wife making quite a red carpet statement. She donned a custom Emilio Pucci black mermaid gown with gold embroidery, while he opted for a Tom Ford tuxedo. It was at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards in August that the pair decided to announce Beyonce was pregnant. The unveiling caused quite a stir and Beyonce glowed in her orange Lanvin one shoulder gown teamed with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Rene Caovilla ivory platform heels. Jay-Z let his wife have her moment on the red carpet, but was caught cheering during her revealing performance.

Pregnancy certainly didn't affect Beyonce's work ethic or her sense of style. At her September Macy's appearance in New York City to promote her Pulse fragrance, Beyonce wore a white Lanvin halter gown featuring a jeweled neckline and feather-accented hem. Nicholas Kirkwood sandals finished off her glamorous look. The singer looked chic in Manhattan at the beginning of November wearing a red blazer, an Alexander McQueen skull leopard print scarf, jeans and Alain Quilici Payson booties.

Jay-Z also kept busy while anticipating the arrival of the couple's first child. The rapper and designer performed alongside Kanye West at last year's Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show as his wife watched from the celebrity-filled audience. The mom-to-be's flashy Roberto Cavalli at the Live at Roseland: Elements of 4 showing in New York City a few days later proved maternity clothes can be fashionable. Lorraine Schwartz gems and Yves Saint Laurent shoes rounded out the look.
