Leighton's Prada Spring 2012 dress was slightly modified from the runway. The version worn by the Gossip Girl star had a more exaggerated neckline and a different print on the bodice. She also sported a pair of the fashion house’s nude pumps and David Yurman jewels.

As the face of Miu Miu's latest campaign, Mia fittingly arrived wearing the brand's navy silk taffeta sleeveless dress featuring a front keyhole detail, a green crystal collar and coordinating waistband. The actress polished off the look with blue Miu Miu heels.
