Why we like it: Julianne managed to rock several trends at once. From the neon color of her Kaufmanfranco Fall 2012 one shoulder gown to its strategic sheer paneling all the way to that unique top knot, the star certainly stood out at the premiere. Stephen Webster jewels and nude Christian Louboutin peep-toes wrapped up the vibrant look.
