Get the Celeb Look: Tulip Skirts

These tulips are blooming in all colors and fabrications: Kate Bosworth was on-trend at Moda Operandi’s A Midnight Supper event in an evergreen foiled skirt and motorcycle jacket-inspired top by Balmain, blending tough and soft elements. At the For the Love of Cinema event, Karolina Kurkova showed off her legs for miles in a super-short, embellished midnight blue version by Blumarine. Her tucked navy blazer with strong shoulders gave the effect of a beautified tuxedo. Liberty Ross impressed at the amfAR gala in another look by Balmain, this one leaving the embellishment to the metallic blue top and cinching the black silk skirt at the waist with a ruched leather belt. Emma Roberts went simple and sweet at Glamour’s presentation of These Girls, wearing a Camilla and Marc dress with a petal pink tulip skirt and sporty white top. We love the skirt’s origami-like wrap, and Roberts’ choice of black laced sandals for some edgy contrast. Zoe Saldana wore a sunnier version of Ross’ Balmain look at a Berlin photocall for Star Trek: Into Darkness. The actress looked positively statuesque in her rose gold mini and scalloped top.
