A lot of what you see of my life is on the red carpet; interviewing actors, musicians, athletes, reality stars–pretty much anyone in entertainment. Through the time I've spent cooling my heels on crimson upholstery, I've picked up enough tips, tricks and memorable moments to fill a book. Here are a few insider tips, and a few personal memories, from my years on the red carpet.
Best red carpet looks I've worn:
Ralph and Russo at the 2010 Emmy Awards, though the $2.5 million Randi Rahm dress I wore to the 2004 Academy Awards was pretty epic.
Worst red carpet look I ever wore:
I wore a tutu at the 2004 Emmys and it was awful! I worked for Entertainment Tonight and was shooting One Tree Hill at the time, so my schedule was packed. I didn’t give it enough thought.

Key Red Carpet Fashion Tip
Wear something that’s fitted, but not too tight. You don’t want to be that weirdo that can’t sit down. And don’t match your shoes to the color of your dress—that’s very 1990s prom.
