Parker was appointed as United States Ambassador for UNICEF back in 1997. Since then, she has acted as a spokeswoman on a host of occasions for the charity. She's also contributed items for charity auctions, participated in several campaigns, and helped with the launch of UNICEF's Tap Project. She's also taken part in helping the Food Bank of New York City, the Small Steps Project, Friends In Deed, Shoe Revolt, AmFAR, and the telethon for victims of 9/11.

Aside from his own Justin Timberlake Foundation which has teamed up with the American Music Conference to promote the importance of music, he supports a couple dozen other charities including, but not limited to Childwatch, Make The Difference Network, Habitat For Humanity, Kids Wish Network, PlayPumps, RADD, MusiCares, Stand Up To Cancer, and Wildlife Warriors Worldwide. With all his philanthropic efforts, Timberlake was even awarded the Big Help award at the 2011 Kids' Choice Awards for all his charity work. He's organized week-long golf events for charity and is still aiding in the assistance of Hurricane Katrina victims.

One of her most substantial charitable efforts has been towards the Trevor Project, which is a nonprofit organization that helps promote acceptance of gay and questioning teenagers in addition to aiding in suicide prevention. In fact, she's even been a recipient of The Trevor Life Award in the past. She teamed up with Italian jeweler Bulgari for its Save the Children/125th Anniversary campaign. Other foundations and groups she's an advocate for are Feeding America, Autism Speaks, The Art of Elysium, and Clothes Off Our Back.

As co-founder with David Arquette, Cox put together OmniPeace, the "humanitarian fashion brand" with CEO Mary Fanaro. Their mission is to "break the cycle of poverty through education." Cox has also participated in a few dozen other charities. For example, she helped design and autograph shoes for the Stuart Weitzman charity shoe auction benefiting ovarian cancer awareness and research. She was also featured in the book Pets And Their Celebrities in order to raise awareness for the group Last Chance For Animals. Some of the other charities she aids are Feed America, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Hillsides, Camp Laurel, 21st Century Leaders, The Lunchbox Fund, The Rescue Train, and Toys For Tots. And, those are just a few.
