DIESEL BUYS MAJORITY STAKE IN VIKTOR & ROLF


For his part, Rosso has been quoted as saying that ever since the beginning of their career, Viktor & Rolf have tickled his curiosity for their unbelievable out-of-the-box creativity, adding that they studied each other for more than two years to get to this point and that his hope is to built the brand into one of the top reference fashion houses of the future.

 

Licensed products including eyewear and jewelry, along with plans for freestanding stores in high-visibility locations are in the works (the two Dutch designers currently only operate one store, opened in 2005, in Milan).
