The Fashion Spot

It's generally agreed that Alexander Wang's afterparty is the party everyone wants to go to, and this season was no different.

Fashion's "it" boy sealed off a gas station near Milk Studios on 14th Street, and immediately caused a line to snake around the block. The twitosphere was instantly abuzz about the party, which featured alcohol and whatever you might want from the gas station. 

Pixie Geldof and Devon Aoki stocked up on Nerds," WWD tells us. Twitterer Justin Rocket has a few extra details and photos here.  Candy and treats in the gas station were gratis, thanks to Wang's after party department. 

Courtney Love performed a wild set right in front of the still-working gas pumps. After the show she tweeted: "We had way fun tonight for Alexander (Wang). Sorry we mangled 'Unsatisfied' Westerberg but they were so fashionista they didn't know dick."

According to Gothamist, the fuel fumes were getting to Ms. Love so bad that she decided to do something dangerous, and smoke at a gas station.
