Help finding a Tailor in NYC that will make clothes from scratch!

I have a few designs that I would like to see come to life, but I have no interest in sewing them myself. I'm wondering if anyone knows a good tailor in New York City that could sew some designs for me. I could buy the fabric, etc.

Go to Dynasty Tailors. They are on East 38th Street and 5th I think. They are featured in all the magazines.

are they still good? I have some clothes i need to alter length aswell as change the design a bit, do you recommend them?

yeah, they are known in the industry as the place to go to for changes or even for copying garments that have worn out or can't find anymore. I have to make a trip to them for some alterations as well.
