Types of Layered Hair

I couldn't find a thread on layers, and I want to get my hair cut into them soon but I can't find any great pictures of the different types. When you google it the styles that come up are really shaggy and not very attractive, IMO, and what I'm looking for are simple layers on medium/long hair that give shape but aren't thinned out or choppy.

Does anyone have pictures of these haircuts on models or celebrities that aren't too styled? That's why I would prefer model pictures where the hair is more natural. I would really appreciate it!! Plus photos from the back of the hair would help.

It's just that all the photos I've seen aren't very clear as to how the hair is cut so I decided that maybe a thread would help.

You could easily blow dry your hair like this with a large round brush.
