e-zine

Some members of this forum have specialist knowledge in some topics that means every so often there's a post which is pretty much definitive. Perhaps we could draw more attention to these quality posts by having space for a few 'articles' up on the site in the style of an e-zine type of thing. Mods would then select members with specialist knowledge to be asked to write articles and then the article could be discussed on the boards.

Just an idea that I nicked from another forum I was browsing earlier today.

yes absolutely good idea your highness,
we are still thinking/discussing about tFS e-zine just be patient..
we all have our daily jobs, plus tFS to take care of...
and things simply take time as you all know

if any of you is interested -and has time- to get 'involved' in
brainstorming, working and taking care of tFS e-zine
please post here or just pm me/us and let me/us know.

we could make a special tFS team just for the e-zine
de-centralization? yes
does this word exist in english?

absolutely, as lena said, it's in the talks. but it's good to know there is a definite interest amongst our members in this sort of thing. I know I for one am quite enthused about the prospect, and I really want to see this come together. as lena said, post here or let one of us know if you feel as though you might be interested in this.

We are lucky at TFS to have such a varied fashion community. Among these are many members of the press, including my online friend, Iconemode.

I have just read one of her articles, extremely impressive. She described the pieces in great detail. However, writing for a general audience, she was not able to speak her mind very clearly as not to offend readers. Here on TFS, she could be able to speak her mind about Louis Vuitton and others without worrying. It would be wonderful if she could write for us, she has special access to collections online, and goes to the fashion shows in Paris. She is an extremely tasteful and creative writer overall.

I have already spoken with her and she would like to do so. If the TFS E-zine actually starts, we could really develop this into something extraordinary - given the great community we have here.
