Help a member with resetting password...

a friend of mine who is a member (username DIOR), asked me to post this to see if anything can be done to help him.

the email address he used to register is no longer working, and he cannot get the e-mail sent to him so he can change his password to continue using the boards. what can be done about this other than having to register a new username? he'd like to keep his old username because he doesn't want to lose all of his previous posts and info.

... any help would be appreciated

This is getting ridiculous and frustrating. A member asked the admin for her password almost 3 weeks ago but hasn't got any response yet.

members username:
old email address:
new email address:
password requested:

I will then verify the old email address and replace it with the new one. Then apply the password.

I think that it's now done through the help desk ... use the Contact Us link below and ask there.
