I am sorry but I hate them. The attachment matrix convert pictures into a weird format that is unreadable by a windows picture viewer (and photoshop). I always have to capture my screen and use photoshop to convert the attachments into jpegs. It's frankly a nightmare.
I'm not a fan of attachments either. But when that happens what I do is simply add .jpg after the filename when I'm saving it, and it converts the file to a jpeg automatically
^reason why I don't use attchments either. Even writing .jpg takes too much time sometimes.. if you just could save them without writing anything extra.
If you open the image first by clicking on the thumbnail, instead of trying to capture the attachment thumbnail, you should see it in it's native file format, whatever that may be.

It looks like all the Imageshack images have been restored ... they responded to us. I guess we caught the offending images ... which is what we have to do to satisfy them.
^^Echoes, I never said I screen cap the thumbnails. I was talking about the actual pictures. You can see them alright but if you try to save them the default format is '.php' which isn't readable by windows picture viewer or photo editing programs like Photoshop.
However I'm grateful to kate for explaining how to bypass this inconvenience.

Well, when I click attachment, they are weird format and I have to also rename them. I don't think it's worth it, so I don't ever click them bigger and during fashion weeks it's really annoying
