This problem seems to be spotty ... not affecting everyone and not the same way. So I can't even guess what the problem is.

leave a ticket for tech support, explaining in detail what your problem is. I'm not sure how soon they will get on this issue ... I was told that our guy is in France right now and won't be back until the 25th ... but this will put it in a queue for him, when he returns. (Not sure if someone else is covering for him right now or not.) If it's happening to you and others, maybe the information will assist him in figuring out what is going on.
