I beleive these posts were deleted when you "reported" them, as a courtesty to you.
So you know:
Our members are personally responsible for what they post in the fourms, per our Terms of Service.
As a courtesy to the original source, we ask that every image or article posted here state the source where they member got it, so you should have been credited. If you have not been, please contact a moderator by using the Report Post and we can ask the member about the source and we will add the credit.
However, if you are not the legal copyright holder, we can not continue to intervene on your behalf and remove posted images. You should communicate directly with that member and advise him/her that you have not authoized the removal of the images from your site and that doing so is in breach of the rules at your site.
If you are the legal copyright holder (the creator of said content or holder of all rights by contract with the creator) there's a procedure to follow, as provide for in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in our
Terms Of Service (#8), at the bottom of every page. This would put us on notice that a member is posting something, without being authoirized and we will remove the content in question.
