Would you like to write for tFS?

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself as a new member of
the tFS team. Of course you've noticed the recent changes to
TheFashionSpot.com, including the new editorial
content up on the home page.

We're looking for informative and engaging articles
from tFS members on a broad range of topics:

Interviews and profiles of various industry
professionals such as: designers, stylists, make-up artists,
photographers, etc.

Model profiles

Runway editorials

Trend analysis

News

Street Style Photos from around the world

Please direct all inquiries and submissions via email to:
andrea.grant@thefashionspot.com.

Articles should be accompanied by 5 -7 photos.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Andrea Grant

Clarification

I am not a moderator, but I am helping to organize the editorial content for the magazine part of tFS.

Thanks!

^^take a look at the new home page..
i wouldn't call it a magazine but there are articles (editorial content) on there..

tfs members can submit things to be considered for that whole new section

with the new ownership tfs is becoming more than just a fashion forum...
it's now a site that has its own original content and that is very exciting!

I have always been particularly witty when writing, but I don't think I have a sufficient amount of knowledge to write articles for tFS

I'd like to think that of my writing as well, but same as you rubyfixed, I don't think I know a sufficient amount of knowledge about fashion yet to write about articles for tFS I bet it would be great fun though!

you would submit an article and 5-7 photos that would accompany the article/complement it...
they would have to be relevant photos that should probably enhance the article in some way (they wouldn't necessarily all be included)..
so, for example, if you were writing a model profile you would want to include 5-7 photos of the model and show a bit of variety of her work if you could..
if you were writing about a trend in shoes you would want to include some photos that would be examples of your favorite picks for that trend or something like that..

i think the best way to gage what the expectations are is to take a look at some of the articles on tfs's home page and then go from there..
