And a Q ... to add them using the Youtube link/tool on this forum ... you enter the URL ... not the HTML embed thingie -like the one you use on myspace- right?

You just press the youtube-button and write the youtube-id between the tags like this:

(youtube)youtube-ID(/youtube)

The youtube-id is the "code" in the url, behind "watch?v="

^No, you don't have to be registered at YouTube to post embedded videos here on tFS. But if you want to actually upload your own videos on YouTube and then embed them here, you would have to be registered

It worked for me just fine. I did exactly as faith akiyama describes and it worked like a dream. Check the wentworth miller thread for proof!

Haven't seen any (I'll take your word for it Meg!) but I hope this wont slow things down around here if people start posting vids endlessly? I don't see how a link doesn't suffice. Still nothing Earth shattering has happened yet!

^a few seconds. if it never shows then it's probably not properly embed.

Is it possible to embed videos from Veoh? It would be really cool to be able to do that. The video size there is much bigger than most of the other video uploading sites.
